Hälsokraft is a Swedish retail chain selling healthcare products with 70 stores around the country.
Hälsokraft needed to improve their internal communication with their own stores, and to streamline their orders from the central warehouse as well as stocktaking. The solution also needed to be scalable in order to support future multi-channel solutions.
Softgear and Hälsokraft has used the Dynamicweb All-in-one platform to create a user-friendly B2B ecommerce solution that enables easy handling of product and customer information. Hälsokraft can easily maintain and update their content, and can even use the new solution as an intranet to inform stores about new campaigns, special promotions and time limited offers.
Based on the platform, the Dynamicweb Partner, Softgear developed a B2B e-commerce solution, which is fully integrated with the company's ERP-system Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The integration enables easy and effective handling of product data, customer specific prices, stock inventory as well as order entry and history.
A modern stocktaking solution has been added to the ecommerce solution. This means, that the stores now have special barcode readers connected to their mobile phones enabling them to scan their products while walking around the store.
The combined stocktaking and ecommerce solution ensures flawless communication between Hälsokraft and all of their physical stores, and collects all information in one place. This enables Hälsokraft to save many valuable resources previously spend on time-consuming coordination and communication.
